Policy
· NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL
· All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from us to receive a credit.

· The RMA process takes approximately one day.
· When shipping a return, please be sure to include all of the product's parts, all of the original packaging, and all of the manuals and paperwork which were included in the original packaging.
· You will be responsible for return postage.
· Replacements will be shipped after we receive and process your returned product.
· Packages can be returned in unused condition for a credit of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
· Cancellations on ordered pieces will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
